Paul Marsh



Born in Sydney and growing up in Padstow, Paul is not only the passion king, but boasts an impressive track record training clients from all walks of life. With over 2000 one on one personal training sessions under his belt he definitely recognises that everyone is an individual and as such requires specific programs and training techniques in order to reach their health and fitness goals.

Paul's five top tips for better health and fitness:

  •  Be super consistent and stick to your prescribed exercise and eating  program - stay well hydrated so keep your water intake up.

  •  Get a mentor and strive to be a life-long learner in every aspect of your life
  •  Be nice to your body and feed it the proper nutrition it deserves. You get your car tuned up every six months...why not your body.
  •  Be honest with yourself and implement what you know is right for you.

"I have been training with Paul (bodybuilding style) 4 hours a week for 6 months now and I can honestly say that I would probably have given up by now if it wasn't for his genuine interest in my goals.

His constant reassurances of  'you can do it' even when I say I can't , are the key to the many achievements I've had so far.
