experience of personal training started with my introduction
to Paul (the Personal Trainer) through the Fitness First 3
session starter pack.
In
recent times, i had become overweight and unfit due to a combination
of heavy work commitments, personal disorders, poor diet and
little exercise.
I
found that i did not have the time or the motivation to join
a gym so i decided to try having regular "appointments"
with Paul.
My
personal Goals of weight loss, increased fitness and health,
drove me to continue my training with Paul further.Paul has

have been training with Paul (bodybuilding style) 4 hours
a week for 6 months now and I can honestly say that I would
probably have given up by now if it wasn't for his genuine
interest in my goals.
His
constant reassurances of 'you can do it' even when I
say I can't , are the key to the many achievements I've had
so far. I can't say it's been an easy road but it has helped
so much to have a trainer like Paul who is so vocal (yes he
talks a lot) and who has the ability to make each training
session rewarding.
Paul
continues to inspire me to go harder with what I call his
'Nazi' mentality but it works. My confidence has grown with
every session and goals that I thought I could never have
achieved have become a reality.
I
have always had a keen interest in fitness, that is to say
more cardio based training but bodybuilding is a whole new
ball game and I know that Paul's guidance, his overall knowledge
about proper technique and his ability to improvise, has made
a huge difference in what I can now do and what I thought
I would never be able to do.
I
would say the hardest thing to handle with the training overall
would have to be his relentless reminders (I was going to
say nagging) about how important it is to keep eating. But
I know he's right.
You
may think I'm nuts but I always look forward to our training
sessions, they are hard but fun at the same time and I would
highly recommend his expertise to anyone that asks."

name is Ahmad Safi and I'm from Kingsgrove. I have always
been really skinny and been called a skeleton. I was encouraged
by my family to join the gym to put on some lean muscle, "weight".
The people i work with went to the gym and it also encouraged
me because i seen their body shape change and improve in a

people have a misunderstanding with the price and value of
a personal trainer and think its to expensive and a waste
of time. This is not true by any means. when i joined I was
