REQUIRED SESSION

NUTRITION SESSION - 1 hour session. Cost = $90.00

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by the client must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the session being considered a “no-show” In the event the client “no-shows” for their scheduled session, the client will be charged for their session. In the event that the trainer “no-shows” for the scheduled appointment and there is no other trainer available at that time, Pure Results Personal
Training will add one (1) free training session to the original agreement term.

Unfortunately less than 24 hours does not allow us sufficient time to re-book another client who may want that time slot.. If the client is legitimately sick then there is no charge. We will endeavor to “make-up” all sessions missed whether they be due to sickness, accident or injuriy or if prior notice is given. Please note that all makeup sessions may not necessarily be with your current trainer. If a client cancels on an already re-scheduled session the session must be paid for regardless of notice.

We also require 2 weeks notice if you want to cease any ongoing training sessions.

Team Up:
Where 2 or more people are training together within the same time slot. If one provides more than 24 hrs notice of cancellation the other is required to pay the full ongoing rate for that time slot to cover the cost. If less than 24hrs notice is given from one party the cancellation policy applies.

Running Late:

We expect clients to be on time for their scheduled appointments. If a client is late for their appointment their finish time remains the same. As most sessions are generally booked back to back, we do not want to disadvantage our next scheduled client. If the trainer is late, the session will be extended the required amount of time.

Payment:

We use direct debit for all our payments which legitimizes the business. We have found this method of payment a lot easier and cleaner for everyone. Payments will generally be directed debited from your nominated credit card or bank account early in the week. A dishonour fee of $20.00 plus transaction fee applies for all credit card or bank account transactions if there is insufficient funds or expired credit cards at time of transaction. Ezi-Debit Charge $8.00 plus the transaction fee and our Admin Dept charge $12.00. Sessions that are paid for in advance must be used within the specified timelines as stipulated in the pricing policy. Also, If a package is purchased and paid for via installments, you are obligated to pay the complete package price by the designated timeframes regardless of whether you have completed the sessions within that timeframe or not. All packages must be paid in full by the half way point (date) of the total timeframe.

Holidays:

Everyone needs a holiday, we require 30 days notice if you plan on taking a holiday. All direct debits will be frozen until the client arrives back. We will endeavor to maintain the clients permanent fixed timeslots for two weeks after that there is no guarantee that the timeslots will be kept when they return. We need to be able to reschedule our clients so if we are not provided 30 days notice you will be charged as normal for the 30 day timeframe.
